[Notice] On-Campus Safety Inspection of Educational Facilities (August 1鈥�29)

Please be informed that a comprehensive safety inspection of educational facilities will be conducted on campus from August 1 (Fri) to August 29 (Fri). We kindly request your full cooperation to ensure a smooth and efficient evaluation process. Details are as follows:

1. Inspection Schedule

  • Overall period: August 1 (Fri) – August 29 (Fri)

  • Yulgok Hall: August 8 (Fri)

2. Inspection Targets

  • A total of 27 buildings with a total floor area of 1,000銕� or more (including 4 buildings within the Medical Center)

  • All rooms within each building, including faculty offices

    List of Buildings:
    Namje Hall, Hwajeong Hall, Gwanggyo Hall, Yongji Hall, Ilsin Hall, International Dormitory, East Wing, West Wing, Woncheon Hall, Student Union, New Student Union, Seongho Hall, Central Library, Yulgok Hall, Office of University-Industry Cooperation, Energy Center, Paldal Hall, Dasan Hall, Gymnasium, Campus Plaza, Yeonam Hall, Pharmacy Hall, Hyekang Hall, Songjae Hall, Hongjae Hall, Clinical Skills Center, Mirae Hall

3. Inspection Method

  • On-site inspections will be conducted by a committee composed of both internal and external evaluators

  • Inspection Areas: Facility safety, indoor environment safety, and outdoor environment safety

4. Request for Cooperation

  1. Advance Notice of On-Site Inspection
    On-site inspections will be conducted for all rooms, including faculty offices. Please inform faculty, staff, and students within your department in advance.

  2. Access to Rooms During Absence
    If a room is unoccupied during the inspection, it may be entered with the accompaniment of security personnel. This is necessary to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  3. Removal of Items from Emergency Routes
    Please ensure that all items obstructing evacuation routes (hallways and staircases) are cleared. This is a critical safety measure for effective emergency response.
